Carry out in-house preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance for all facilities, building and services system.
Attend to day-to-day maintenance operations for all facilities, building and services system and maintain proper records of maintenance checklists and documentations.
Liaising and coordinating with contractors for routine servicing and emergency repair in order to keep all the above systems in operational state.
Perform standby / duty to attend to system fault during or after office hours, weekends and public holidays when needed.
Minimize all facilities, building and services downtime during operation.
Log, update and maintain all facilities, building and services spare parts, tools and instruments.
To be able to work under sub-zero environment and no phobia of heights.
To inform immediate superiors/duty personnels for all faults/alarms/abnormalities for all systems.
