Summary This position is located at the VA Long Beach Healthcare System within the Production Control Group (PC-G), Engineering Service. Responsibilities Serves as the central coordination hub for all facilities maintenance work orders submitted to Engineering Service, managing a continuous, high-volume intake of requests originating from every clinical and administrative unit across VALBHS - including inpatient units, surgical suites, pharmacy, radiology, mental health, food service, and all support areas. Receives, screens, logs, and processes work order requests submitted telephonically, electronically, and through the LEAF work order management system. Executes end-to-end electronic work order processing using three integrated, enterprise-level VA platforms: Veterans Health Information & Technology Architecture (VISTA), Nulovo, and the LEAF work order management system.
