Our Client, a Large Municipal Health Care System company, is looking for a Facility Payroll Ambassador for their New York, NY location. Responsibilities:

+ Provide professional and quality customer service to employees through adherence to the department’s scripts, and in compliance with corporate policies and procedures

+ Resolved employee inquiries utilizing system tools, reports and policies and procedures

+ Identify and escalate complex issues and provide follow-up/ closure

+ Create and maintain Service Now tickets to ensure efficient handling and prompt response of escalated inquiries

+ Complete payroll and timekeeping related forms

+ Guide employees through troubleshooting and navigation assistance with ESS, MSS and ERC webpages

+ Collaborate with all areas of Payroll and HR to resolve employee issues

+ Provide coverage for Payroll Shared Services Call Center
