Job Title Facility Manager
Job Description Summary This position has managerial oversight of multiple facilities, an entire campus, or a portfolio of client facilities and has at least one Facilities Manager and/or Assistant Facilities Manager reporting into it.
About the Role - Organise, co‑ordinate and control the FMC team, sub‑contractors appointed by the Client and visiting subcontractors.
- Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programmes from all sub‑contractor.
- Track and monitor the maintenance programmes by using the appropriate software and spreadsheets.
- Manage emergency and ad‑hoc repairs, breakdowns and trouble‑shooting.
- Provide technical support and attendance where necessary and act as an Authorised Person.
