Position Overview
Oversee China all sales entities’ and labs’ facilities operations, office moves/expansion & renovation projects, administration and EHS works,to be in compliance with local regulation and the company direction by leading and supervising facility management, administration team, and EHS. The goal is to ensure our business accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.
Main Responsibilities:
The role mainly covers the following 3 aspects’ management activities:
Facility management
+ Lead facility management to ensure facility activities are reliable, sustainable, safe and aligned with the legal compliant environment (i.e. lab) & workplace s
+ Oversee all sites’ projects, like office construction, renovation, etc. in response to sites’ end users’ request, and accommodate new business requests
