Description of Work

Performs semi‑skilled and skilled work in the maintenance and repair of County buildings and surrounding grounds addressed through work orders to include electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry, cabinetry, HVAC, masonry, and concrete repairs. Electrical work includes running computer cable, changing fluorescent tubes and ballasts, changing light switches and receptacles, and changing exit lights, including lights located in the jail.
