**Job Title: Facility Maintenance Technician (Mechanic II & Mechanic III)**
**Job Description**
This role supports a large university campus by maintaining the safe and efficient operation of building facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The Facility Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots and repairs equipment and building systems, and ensures a safe, well-functioning environment for students, staff, and visitors across multiple campus zones.
