We’re looking for a hands-on Facility Maintenance Manager to lead and coordinate all maintenance activities at our large automated and non-automated facility while ensuring a safe and compliant work environment. This role is key to keeping our operations running smoothly and efficiently.What You’ll Do:
Lead, coach, and develop your maintenance team, providing guidance, performance feedback, and daily direction to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Maintain a safe and compliant facility by implementing fire, safety, environmental, and health programs.
Plan, schedule, and manage all maintenance work using our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Work with the facility General Manager to develop and manage budgets for labor and materials; monitor utility usage and implement energy-saving solutions.
