General responsibilities and duties 1. To assist the Facilities Manager in managing all the facilities related administration and documentation, including, but not limited to: Ensuring procurements are carried out in accordance with school policy Monitoring of Facilities Contracts and filing of all relevant documents Tracking and management of Fixed Facilities Assets Liaising with government bodies such as NEA, PUB, BCA...
