Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist the Manager in managing and maintaining the buildings and related facilities.
- Assist the Manager in handling correspondence with tenants and all stakeholders in the day-to-day facilities management matters.
- Plan, implement and execute preventive maintenance regime and/or ad-hoc upgrading project and monitor the work progress.
- Source for comparative vendors/sub-contractors to carry out facility maintenance/repair works.
- Supervise in-house operational staffs (supervisor, technician, cleaner and security officer) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Conduct tool-box meetings to supervisors, security officer, cleaners and technicians.
- Service contract administration.
- Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff when required.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
