**Job Summary**

EMCOR Government Services has an opportunity for a **Facility Asset Specialist** in **Redwood City California.** The Facility Asset Specialist will provide asset management support to Stanford Health Care through our EMCOR Corporate Center of Excellence for Asset Management (COEAM). This position is an integral component of the COEAM Charter and one of our foundational principles providing inventory validation, data capture and maintenance program development. Will work alongside of our Stanford and corporate CMMS team members to develop and implement asset data and maintenance programs. Strong desire to expand your knowledge of facilities and their complex systems.
