Position Overview
Responsibilities - Undertake any minor M&E repair works as instructed for the office building or retail units.
- Hands-on and able to carry out handyman work i.e panting,flooring,door repair etc
- Assist in Fire, Health, Life and safety activities conducted in-house
- Conduct periodic routine servicing/works for the facility.
- Assist Senior Technician and Building engineer to do stock checking pertaining to engineering material.
- Assist in overseeing and escort contractors in M&E and Building related works as requested.
- Assist in carrying out minor repair and escort contractor at corporate office
- Carry out any other works as instructed by the Senior Technician and Building Engineer.
