**Job Title: Facilities Technician**
**Job Description**
This role serves as a Facilities Technician responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of building systems across a multi-building campus. You will lead and support the daily operation, maintenance, and reliability of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems while helping to ensure maximum uptime of all building infrastructure. The position typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with some flexibility and includes participation in a rotating on-call schedule (one week per month) for after-hours and weekend support.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the daily operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building systems, including refrigeration, water cooling, air conditioning equipment, boilers, heating, ventilating, hot water systems, pumps, valves, piping, filters, and other mechanical and electrical equipment.
