Responsibilities

• Support daily facilities operations including HVAC systems, equipment maintenance, and calibration tracking.


• Conduct facility walkthroughs to ensure systems are functioning and documentation is audit-ready.


• Respond to facility alarms and escalate as needed.


• Escort vendors and enforce site safety protocols.


• Collaborate with metrology and engineering teams to maintain GMP compliance.


• Maintain and update asset records using Blue Mountain CMMS.


• Assist with general office and facility maintenance tasks.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in facilities or engineering support.


• Evidence of supporting Cleanrooms, Equipment, and HVAC.


• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (Blue Mountain preferred).
