**Description:**
You will be the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 for the Facilities Projects team which is responsible for managing corporate capital, overhead, and government‑funded projects.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Facilities Project Rep Sr. - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables across a diverse portfolio of facilities initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Manage and administer assigned capital, overhead, and government‑funded project schedules and budgets using LM Buildings, Maximo, and Launchpad tools.
+ Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms, develop design criteria, and produce detailed layout drawings.
+ Prepare bid packages and contracts for construction and facilities acquisitions, and provide technical review of design, bid, and construction documents.
