Position Overview
**Job Description**
Looking for an experienced individual to ensure the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities. Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet needs. Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance.
Core Responsibilities:
+ Prepares SOW, Purchase Req s, and obtains and tracks PO s.
+ Maintains working relationships with All departments and vendors
+ Possess sound understanding of facilities theories and practices
+ Monitor and maintain facility work order system
+ Assist with research, development, and recommendations for facility repair and improvement actions.
+ Plan and execute changes (with vendors) to the facility to include furniture installation, office rearrangements, electrical additions, and other changes based on business needs.
