Position Overview
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of all building systems ensuring optimal functionality and safety for occupants.
Manage and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, contractors, and vendors to execute repairs, upgrades, and preventative maintenance schedules.
Develop and implement budgets for facilities operations, controlling expenditures and identifying cost‑saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions.
Qualifications
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Hold professional certifications such as FMP (Facilities Management Professional) or CFM (Certified Facility Manager) (highly regarded).
