Summary:

Oversee facility maintenance, compliance, safety and reporting of materials and chemicals within the site. Manage the facilities requirements necessary to comply with local, state and federal regulatory mandates.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


+ Research, develop and recommend the latest strategies for factory floor utilization for space and effectiveness of operational flows within organization.

+ Work with Manufacturing, Quality and Engineering to develop and direct opportunities that affect revenues and/or costs.

+ Provide guidance and alternate methods of solving or preventing process/business or technical problems relating to equipment and building needs.

+ Determine production floor space and capital equipment needs, obtain vendor quotes and develop capital proposals.
