Job Description - Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or related field.

- Technical certifications in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or Occupational Safety are an advantage.
Responsibilities - Maintenance Management: Scheduling preventive maintenance, responding to urgent repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC), and overseeing general upkeep of grounds and buildings.
- Administrative Support: Handling work orders, managing budgets, processing invoices, maintaining records, and overseeing office supplies.
