Position Overview
The
Facilities Manager
is responsible for the effective and efficient operation of all venue facilities, building systems, and event infrastructure, ensuring they are safe, reliable, and fully operational to support events, tenants, and visitors. Key responsibilities include overseeing engineering and maintenance, coordinating venue logistics, managing third‑party contractors and service providers, and maintaining high standards of venue presentation. The role also ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and manages budgets to align operational excellence with world‑class venue performance and customer satisfaction.
Reporting directly to the Head of Operations, this position will commence during the mobilisation stage, establishing systems, processes, and contractor relationships to prepare the venue for successful launch and ongoing operations.
