Key Responsibilities:

Designation: Facility Manager II, Band – P6

Facility Management:

+ Ensure that all electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing and mechanical systems are operational 24/7

+ Ensure that all Janitorial/maintenance staff follow the laid down procedures pertaining to service delivery, conduct and grooming standards at site. Supervise all day-to-day activities for helpdesk, maintenance, and Janitorial team.

+ Responsible for understanding & ensuring proper functioning of the office infrastructure and managing facilities.

+ Data Center management and improvements to achieve 100% uptime and be the primary contact for the data center team not to exceed load thresholds of the critical equipment
