About the Role
We are looking for a Facilities Manager to oversee the physical condition, maintenance, and operational reliability of all 7 properties under Hako Hotels Group.
This is a newly created cluster role where you will work closely with Operations teams across all sites and play a key role in improving facilities management standards across the group, including properties undergoing active defect remediation.
This role requires someone who is operationally focused, organised, and comfortable managing multiple properties and contractors simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Manage defect register across all properties — log, prioritise, resolve, and close
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for rooms, M&E, plumbing, and common areas
Coordinate and manage contractors, vendors, and service providers across multiple sites
Oversee M&E, plumbing, civil, pest control, and general maintenance works
