Position Overview
JLL is hiring a Facilities Manager (FM) to serve one of its key clients in Edmonton. The FM will act as the primary point of contact responsible for facilities management, supporting the Account Manager and facilities team to deliver high‑quality facility services and exceptional client satisfaction.
Essential Functions
- Work in conjunction with the Account Manager to develop and execute the overall vision of the facilities team.
- Ensure all client and JLL safety procedures are followed.
- Discuss any concerns, challenges or changes needed with the client.
- Keep the client well informed.
- Advise, when away, the correct staff to speak with on matters.
- Oversee the operational aspects of the properties in a manner that protects, maintains, and improves the value of the client’s sites.
