Job Role: Facility Management

Location: Delhi

Position Summary & Scope: Provide administrative assistance to other departments of the assigned branch with the objective of meeting the administrative requirements of business on day to day basis. This is a local level role having medium term impact on the overall organizational goals.

Areas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)

• Office Infrastructure Management : Monitor smooth working of telephone lines, liaise with MTNL, process monthly bills; monitor housekeeping; arrange pest control services in the premises; arrange for potted plants and its maintenance; plan and oversee seating arrangements; monitor preparation of weekly menu chart for canteen, check raw material and quality of food, reduce wastage of food, monitor water, electricity and LPG consumptions in the cantee...
