Purpose of the Role The Facilities Manager is responsible for managing building operations and maintenance across a commercial/office property portfolio. The role ensures optimal asset performance, statutory compliance, cost?effective maintenance, sustainability initiatives and alignment with portfolio strategy through strong technical leadership and stakeholder management.
