The role supports Property Managers in ensuring optimal building performance, compliance, service delivery, and tenant satisfaction across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and manage routine maintenance and repairs across electrical, fire, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural components.


• Manage and action all repair & maintenance (R&M), preventative maintenance (PM), and engineering-related tasks.


• Identify and report material risks related to perimeter security, CCTV, and structural elements.
