Position Overview
Job Purpose The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring client requirements for facilities management services are met or exceeded in terms of service quality, technical compliance, and budget control. This role oversees end-to-end service delivery, manages client relationships, leads in-house teams, and coordinates third-party contractors across assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities Client and Service Management - Ensure client satisfaction across facilities services including landscaping, water treatment, pest control, and technical services.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and client representatives.
- Respond promptly and effectively to urgent client requests and operational issues.
- Provide clear explanations to clients regarding planned technical works and expected outcomes.
