Position Summary:
The Facility Management Assistant’s function is to coordinate the office services and related activities for the Facilities Department as well as to provide secretarial support.
What the Facilities Management Assistant will need:
Education
- Minimum: Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
Related Experience
- Minimum: One to two years secretarial experience
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Minimum: Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, CAMMP, Print Shop, and Power Point.
- Typing skills of 45 – 60 wpm.
- Ability to handle interruptions throughout the workday.
- Ability to receive customer requests and complaints that can be numerous at times and respond in a way that is kind and courteous to the customer.<...
