JD for Facilities / Maintenance Technician
Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning and safety of our operations and Utilities (Electrical, HVAC, Mechanical and Utilities).Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks, such as fixing electrical, electronics, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems and troubleshooting for problem solving.Maintenance activities – Preventive, Predictive and Breakdown with minimum downtimePlanning and Coordination for Daily, weekly, Quarterly and Yearly breakdown activities with suppliers and contractors.Assist in the setup and installation of new systems and Utilities equipment’s, as well as supports to execute Improvement projects and retro fitment job.Upkeeping of Infra structures and maintenance activities for Civil, Carpentry and Plumbing with suppliers.Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed.
