**Job Title: Maintenance Technician – Facilities and HVAC**

**Job Description**

This role supports two GMP lab and office facilities by performing preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and building systems. The maintenance technician troubleshoots and repairs equipment, completes preventive maintenance tasks, documents all work using digital tools, and provides responsive customer service to building occupants. The position is heavily focused on preventive maintenance and general facility upkeep to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations.

**Responsibilities**

+ Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and repairs on HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), air handlers, chillers, boilers, and related systems.
