**Job Title: Residential Maintenance Technician**

**Payrate:** $28 to $30 per hour

**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Residential Maintenance Technician to support and maintain multiple multifamily properties in the downtown Everett area. This position involves traveling between sites to complete work orders, perform routine maintenance, and uphold property standards (all properties are in Everett- you will not be required to commute outside of the Everett area). The ideal candidate lives within 20 minutes of Everett, has hands-on experience with apartment turns and property grounds, and is willing to participate in a rotating on‑call schedule (1 week every 6–8 weeks).
