**Job Description**

The Facilities Maintenance Technician supports a hospital campus by operating, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general facility components. This role ensures a safe, comfortable, and reliable environment for patients, staff, and visitors by performing both reactive repairs and scheduled preventive maintenance across hospital and clinic buildings.

**Responsibilities**

+ Operate and maintain mechanical equipment such as HVAC systems, hot water heaters, pumps, chilled water systems, steam systems, plumbing, electrical systems, lighting, and related building utilities.
+ Use power tools and hand tools to perform adjustments, repairs, and component replacements on facility equipment and building systems.
