JOB SUMMARYThe Supervisor of Facilities Maintenance is responsible for the daily supervision, coordination, and execution of maintenance activities across assigned trades and facility systems. This position provides direct field leadership to maintenance technicians, ensures work is completed safely and efficiently, and supports reliable operation of buildings, infrastructure, and operational assets. The Supervisor oversees work order intake and prioritization, monitors preventative maintenance completion, enforces safety standards, and serves as the first level of technical support and problem resolution.
