Position Overview
Responsibilities - Assist in maintaining of building facilities on timely - servicing, inspection, equipment re-certification etc..
- Undertake minor repair and maintenance work.
- Conduct daily facilities inspection to identify any defect
- Determine and analyze the cause of defects, breakdowns and faults & provide suggestions to prevent any future occurrences
- Liaise and supervise contractors on facilities repair / renovation works to ensure acceptable standard of work
- Ensure that only authorize users have accessed to locked venue
- Other tasks as assigned by the Management
Requirements - Diploma holder in M&E / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
- 2 years of work experience in Facilities & Building Management
- Can work under minimal supervision and is pro-active
