Overview

This internship will support the creation of a new Facilities Capability Document that will act as a single-source reference for multiple departments, including Facilities, Operations, Sales & Bids, and Marketing. The intern will play a key role in gathering, analysing, and presenting data that showcases the full capabilities of the Belfast sites.

This project offers hands‑on experience within a shipbuilding environment, exposure to cross‑functional teams, and the opportunity to produce a document that will be used across the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Stage 1 – Introduction & Problem Definition: Shadow Facilities Managers, Project Engineers, and Supervisors to gain an understanding of the department, site operations, and the purpose of the capability document.
