Facilities & Infrastructure Manager(imec Malaga)

What you will do

TheFAIN (Facilities and Infrastructure) department in imec has the mandate to develop, engineer, manage, maintain and operate buildings and facilities required for the imec activities to excel.

As a Facilities & Infrastructure Manager you report to the imec FAIN Ops Director in Leuven, Belgium (with functional reporting to the Regional Managing Director in Spain). You play a key role in managing, maintaining, operating, improving the imec building as well as the cleanroom processes in Malaga by:

• Lead, coach and inspire a team of internal and external FAIN professionals by fostering a safe, inclusive and diverse working environment where the imec culture is actively lived. You create strong team engagement, support individual development, and act as a change ambassador within your team.
