**Job Title: Facilities Helper**
**Job Description**
The Facilities Helper supports senior facilities technicians by performing a variety of general labor, maintenance, and housekeeping tasks throughout the facility. This role helps ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized work environment by transporting tools and materials, assisting with minor repairs, and maintaining overall facility cleanliness.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist senior facilities technicians by transporting tools, materials, and supplies to work areas and providing them as needed during projects.
+ Replace light bulbs and air filters as directed to help maintain building systems and ensure a safe, well-lit environment.
+ Perform light painting touch-ups on walls, doors, and other surfaces to keep the facility looking clean and well maintained.
+ Maintain the shop floor by cleaning up plastic wrap, debris, and other waste materials, and by sweeping regularly.
