Facilities Engineer (Manufacturing) – Kluang, Johor

What You’ll Do

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for facility equipment and systems.
• Prepare annual maintenance plans and schedules to ensure smooth facility operation and minimum downtime.
• Manage and monitor maintenance budgets, including cost control, expenditure tracking, and budget forecasting.
• Liaise and conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss facility performance, ongoing issues, improvement plans, and compliance matters.
• Supervise and oversee technicians, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure maintenance activities are carried out safely and effectively.
• Conduct staff training, competency assessments, and performance monitoring to improve technical capability and work quality.
