The Facilities Engineer will lead the development and management of requirements for new, government‑aligned industrial facilities that support multi‑year defense and aerospace programs. This role focuses on defining the technical and operational needs of future facilities, ensuring compliance with government standards, and driving those requirements through design, planning, and eventual construction. The engineer will translate conceptual facility needs into executable construction plans, positioning the organization for a seamless build once construction begins in approximately two years.
