Responsibilities

• Facility Management: Oversee daily operations of office facilities, ensuring a clean, functional, and productive work environment. Manage building maintenance, repairs, vendor relationships, and service contracts. Coordinate space planning, office moves, furniture layouts, and workplace improvements. Monitor facility budgets, procurement, and cost-saving initiatives. Ensure building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, access control) operate reliably and efficiently.
