**Position Overview:**

The Facility Coordinator II provides advanced operational, logistical, and customer service support for an executive-level Education Center and conference facility. This role ensures seamless delivery of leadership training programs and high-profile events by managing day-to-day facility operations, coordinating services, and supporting participants, instructors, and stakeholders onsite.

Key responsibilities include overseeing room scheduling, setup, and transitions (including AV, catering, and specialized equipment), and serving as the primary on-site contact to resolve real-time issues and accommodate last-minute changes.
