Description


Responsibilities

The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall coordination, maintenance, and upkeep of facility equipment, building systems, and administrative support related to facility operations. This position is an individual contributor role and does not have direct reports.

Facility & Equipment Maintenance
+ Perform and coordinate routine and preventative maintenance for facility equipment and building systems.
+ Ensure all equipment and facility infrastructure are maintained in safe and functional working condition.
+ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime and operational impact.
+ Maintain logs and records related to equipment maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
+ Monitor condition of production support equipment and facility assets and communicate risks or issues proactively.
