Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. We are hiring a hands-on Operations Lead who will run daily cleaning delivery: people, schedules, quality, and client satisfaction. Requirements: • Knowledge of the Russian & English languages, С1. • Valid UAE driving license & experience of at least 3 years must have. • Possession of a car is an advantage. • Proven experience in contract cleaning / soft FM / housekeeping / facilities services in a supervisor, inspector, area manager or operations manager position. • Strong understanding of professional cleaning processes (daily cleaning, deep cleaning, floor care, glass/facade, post-fire / post-build, etc.). • Ability to manage 20–80+ cleaners across several locations. • Proficient PC user, reporting skills (checklists, photos before/after, Excel / WhatsApp summaries). • Organizational skills, and proactivity.
