This is a Permanent, Full‑Time vacancy at St Peter & St James Hospice. Location : St Peter & St James Hospice, BN8 4ED (Occasional travel to our retail shops and warehouse). Contract Type : Permanent, full‑time. Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Salary : £25,513 to £25,927 per annum, full‑time equivalent.

About the role

As our Facilities Assistant, you’ll help ensure our hospice buildings, grounds, and spaces are safe, functional, and welcoming for patients, families, staff, and volunteers.

What you’ll be doing:

• Carrying out general maintenance, repairs, and minor works
• Completing routine inspections and addressing basic faults
• Responding to maintenance requests promptly and effectively
