This is a varied and hands on role supporting the smooth running of our clients buildings and outdoor spaces.

Working as part of a small, supportive Facilities team, you will help ensure their offices remain safe, well‑maintained and welcoming for colleagues and visitors.

Travelling between Newbury, Thatcham and Hungerford. Driving Licence required but a pool car is available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Carrying out general maintenance and DIY tasks.
• Supporting the upkeep of buildings and external grounds.
• Completing Health & Safety checks and ensuring compliance.
• Responding to maintenance requests and prioritising tasks.
• Liaising with contractors and supporting site visits.
