Job Description
We are seeking Facilities Assessment Consultants to support large projects across the country. This role involves significant travel, with up to 60-70% of time spent on-site, assessing facilities and performing data entry remotely for the remaining time.
Responsibilities
+ Review client documentation, including drawings, reports, and maintenance records, before and during inspections.
+ Verify equipment details such as manufacturer, model, serial number, capacity, age, and configuration.
+ Conduct physical inspections to identify and inventory mechanical equipment including refrigeration equipment, pumps, motors, compressors, HVAC systems, conveyors, generators, and turbines.
+ Capture and maintain accurate records in asset management systems or inventory databases.
+ Label, tag, or barcode equipment as necessary.
