Maintain 18 retail shops in Changi Airport and 2 corporate offices in the best condition to maximize the customer experience by keeping high standards of maintenance, housekeeping, and security of equipment and facilities
Perform routine preventive maintenance and corrective action to ensure facility equipment, office and retail stores systems run smoothly and efficiently including troubleshooting for electrical fault, air conditioning fault, water pipe burst and other related facilities equipment with helping hands from contractors or external vendors
Oversee overall daily safety activities, ensure risk assessment and control measures are implemented
Sourcing and managing outsourced service providers to ensure all repair / maintenance work are done to our expectations
Investigate, check and analyse reported breakdowns & faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences
