This role blends administrative support with coordination of building services, vendors, and workplace logistics to ensure a smooth, safe, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Facilities Coordination

+ Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests with vendors and building management

+ Monitor facility conditions and address issues related to safety, cleanliness, and functionality
