Position Overview
+ Responsible for the upkeep and safety standards of the lobby area and building surroundings
+ Greet and assist patients and visitors by providing information, guidance, and directions to facilitate smooth navigation
+ Receive incoming parcels and coordinate delivery to the appropriate departments
+ Understand and adhere to emergency procedures, assisting as necessary during emergencies
+ Monitor and oversee the parking lot traffic, if applicable
+ Help patients and visitors requiring accessibility support
+ Perform other duties as assigned
