In your role, you will assist in delivering key restorative justice services. You will facilitate discussions and resolutions, coordinate essential meetings, and support the administrative tasks of the program. Your commitment to learning and applying alternative justice practices will be crucial as you promote community engagement and support for those affected by conflict.

Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate restorative justice conferences effectively
• Organize and lead ADR sessions for private disputes
• Document notes and details during client engagements
• Assist in processing and organizing client files
• Promote restorative justice practices within the community

Requirements:
• DEC in related field with two years experience
